It’s no secret that the airlines stopped paying commission to agencies and that travel agencies have had to charge a service fee so that they are making money on an airline ticket. At Flamingo Travel Group our service fee for an airline ticket is a very reasonable $25 per ticket. We do not charge any service fee for hotels or rental cars because we do make commission on those sales.

Why should you use a travel agent when you could book it yourself? Well, you can book it yourself…finding the right flights, making changes, researching different airlines and prices takes time. You could use this time to do other things, such as your own work. We can price out all the airlines simultaneously and we know the tricks of the trade to get you where you need to be at the best value. We know the airlines rules and we know how to make changes to a ticket. $25 for knowledge, value and saved time isn’t bad. Also if you have noticed, the airlines themselves have begun charging service fees in addition to the fares they charge. So you are not saving money going direct. One stop shopping for air, car and hotel saves you even more time….and time is money. We will also keep you frequent flier number, preferred car and hotel numbers on file so you are sure to be racking up the points while you are saving time and money with us making your arrangements.
