DEPOSIT
50% deposit is required to make arrangements with final payment due 60 days prior to the wedding date. Ammendments will be charged a feee of $15 per ammendment to plans. Credit card wedding payments will be subject to a 4.5% processing fee...it's best to pay by check.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MARRIAGE
24 residency period (must be in Bahams 24 hours before applying for the license)
valid passport or a certified copy of your birth certificate
government issued valid photo ID if not using passport for citizenship
affidavit of Parents Consent if under 21 years of age
certified copy of orginial divorce decreed, if divorced
death certificate of spouse, if widowed
translations and certifications of documents are your responsibility
No blood tests required
citizens of certain countries will be required to attain a visa to enter Bahamas, it is your responsibility to secure proper documentation and proof of citizenship
