Our Alaska Outdoor Adventure offers family fun and adventure at Kenai Fjords National Park, Matanuska Glacier & Denali National Park. There are great opportunities to view Alaskan wildlife and glaciers, as well as exciting activities on offer such as sea kayaking, dog mushing, and white water rafting.
We start from Anchorage, and head to Seward, gateway to the Kenai Fjords National Park. Here we walk to the foot of the gigantic Exit Glacier, visit the Alaska Sea Life Centre, and enjoy a fantastic day cruise to the face of a tidewater glacier, looking for whales, sea otters, sea lions and puffins. At Matanuska Glacier we strap on crampons, and venture out onto the blue glacier ice on a guided glacier trek. In Denali National Park, we take a wildlife tour to look for grizzly bears, moose and caribou, and visit the Dogsled Kennels. Finally we head back to Anchorage on one of the world’s greatest train trips.
