Journey from Rome to Athens via the beautiful Amalfi coast and the buried city of Pompeii, and then take in the ancient wonders of classical Greece. A fascinating blend of scenery, history, mythology and culture with visits to a winery, olive museum, and a cooking class interspersed with ancient sites. We visit the Acropolis on our guided tour of Athens, see the Corinth Canal, walk into the tomb of Agamemnon in Mycenae, and overnight at the coastal town of Tolo.
