Starting in Mexico City, we visit the pyramids of Teotihuacan, the gorgeous silver mining town of Taxco, and then head to Oaxaca, home of the ancient city of Monte Alban. Then onto the Mayan ruins of Palenque located in the jungle. No visit to Mexico would be complete without a guided tour of Chichen Itza, one of the new seven wonders of the world. Arriving on the Caribbean, we spend a week of fun on those white sandy beaches, including the tranquil island of Isla Mujeres, the town of Playa del Carmen, and the island of Caye Caulker in Belize which offers exceptional snorkeling, diving, and chilling with the locals! Crossing into Guatemala our first stop is Flores, our base for exploring the great Mayan city of Tikal, one of the largest Mayan cities ever discovered. Onto Finca Ixobel for a host of optional activities; horse-riding, caving and river tubing. Our last stop is Antigua, a town full of colonial character and surrounded by three volcanoes.

This tour ends in Antigua, Guatemala. Flights should be booked from Guatemala City airport, a short taxi ride from Antigua.
