Visit the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, world famous for Michelangelo’s ceiling paintings and The Last Judgment. Continue on to St. Peter’s Square and Basilica, the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum, where the oldest structures of the ancient city are located. (B) |

Rome–Sorrento. Morning transfer to the high-speed Eurostar train (first-class) to Sorrento. Walk along the characteristic lava stone streets of the Old Town and take pictures of amazing Mount Vesuvius. View the 14th-century Sedil Dominova building, the ancient Bell Tower, the St. Francis Church with its 13th-century cloisters, and St. Antonino Church dedicated to Sorrento’s patron saint. (B) |
