Nature's Best: Alaska W/ Alaskan Cruise

From Anchorage to Fairbanks, see what the "Great Land" of Alaska has to offer on this exhilarating vacation. You’ve seen photos of the glaciers calving into the sea, but nothing compares to being there in person. During your cruise on Kenai Fjords National Park, watch the glaciers crash into the sea and hear the thunderous roar. It’s a spectacular sight! Along the way, watch for wildlife, including sea otters, seals, birds, and more.

You’ll have an opportunity to ride the thrilling world-famous Alaska Railroad for a journey through untamed wilderness into Denali National Park, where North America’s highest peak—Mount McKinley—dominates the park’s six million acres. In Denali, enjoy a wilderness expedition in search of grizzly bear, caribou, moose, and more. You’ll also visit the Iditarod Headquarters near Anchorage and mine for gold in Fairbanks.

Enjoy a 7-night cruise on your Holland America ship with ample opportunity to take in Alaska’s awe-inspiring glaciers and majestic scenery. Explore the remote and rugged beauty of Alaska’s majestic Inside Passage. Watch for spouting whales, soaring eagles, barking seals, and other wildlife. Marvel at glaciers and witness the amazing spectacle of thunder and spray as tremendous slabs of ice break off and “calve” into the sea. Alaska is a destination that should not be missed. So grab your camera, sit back, and let Globus handle all the details on this vacation of a lifetime.

With Globus, you’ll see more than a place. You’ll discover its story.
