How to Book Your Next Vacation

The process is quite simple but slightly different than if you were sitting in our office, working directly with an agent.

1. Price Quote - You would submit your Price Quote Request online from any tour or package displayed and you will promptly receive a personalized quote from the agent who has bee assigned to you.
2. Confirm Details - If the package inclusions and rate are agreed upon then you will notify your agent and include the names of each passenger as they appear on your Passports. Your agent can try to put a temporary hold on your reservation while you complete the next step. You will be advised of:
   1. Deposit Amount
   2. Final Payment Date (if available)
   3. Travel Protection Insurance (if available)
3. Credit Card Authorization - Your agent will email you our Credit Card Authorization form which must be completed, with signature, to secure your travel. The easiest and most convenient way is to fax this form directly to your agent's attention, followed by an email that it is complete.
4. Deposit Applied - If your original quote is still valid (i.e. airfare hasn't increased) then your deposit is applied. If rates have increased then you are advised and you may either proceed or decline the new price.
5. Confirmation - If your deposit is applied to your travel package then your agent will send you a confirmation of all inclusions as well as price. This is your receipt and should be checked carefully for names and dates - changes may result in additional costs.
6. Final Payment - Your agent will set a reminder 4-days prior to your final payment due date and contact you via email to repeat the Credit Card Authorization.
7. Documents - Documents usually arrive 2-3 weeks prior to departure, ensuring that any changes are made with minimal charges to you. Once documents are printed, change costs increase. As soon as we receive your documents we will ensure their accuracy and let you know to look for them in the mail!
8. Follow-up - We don't just send documents and never contact you again -- we take your vacation as serious as our own. Your agent will contact you upon return to welcome you home and make sure your vacation was as expected.
